swell was dropping off all morning so by 12 (HT 2:30) no waves. As tide pushed up a little waved formed on beach. went out on 8'5" for an hour then got loco to head further out to the sand bar that was kicking up a longer wave.

Once out there, it was good. Also the current had stopped which made balance alot easier.

Couple of nice lefts and rights.
